solaris / hp-ux / etc.

In this day & age i would kill for a solaris10 strawberry perl installation.

Most of the datacenters i have to work in lack any development tools (for security reasons, while offering sudo vi for management taks :-) which makes the use of CPAN a mess.

Would this be feasible?
